This app is trash I can't deposit any checks and isn't showing any pending deposit
Impossible to login in you use a password manager and a token. This app is basically encouraging users to use a weak password or no token, which is an inexcusable security practice
They have been awesome to me I am 74, thay will do there best to please you, I don't know how many times they have been there for me, Thank You
We do not do not recommend the "first horizon business app" We have had nothing but issues with it ! We get locked out quite a bit. "Quick glance" does not work have tried numerous times, I have called multiple days and multiple times ,To numerous "customer services" was told different things by a few of them. None of my problems have been solved my purpose my personal bank is better than this At the "credit Union"
Horrible. Horrible app. Horrible experience with this bank. Left them over a year ago and are still getting calls about how we are valued customers. We weren't very valued when we banked there.

Just not 2021 ingenuity. Lacks a lot of inquisitiveness. Cumbersome to navigate, clumsy for sure.
